Enter your contact information. Please enter a phone number and a mobile number where you can be reached.

As a general rule, the address you enter on this screen must be the same as the address on your certificate from a public institution (residence certificate, residence card, etc.). Please note that your application may not be accepted if the address you entered is different from the address on your certificate.
