1) You will receive such email from the SpeedVisa secretariat to your email address.

(The red line is the school name.)

2) When you receive the e-mail, follow the instructions on the screen to set a password.

<aside> 💡 Enter the exact information written on your passport, etc. for your name and date of birth.

3) Click the gear mark "Settings" on the upper right to complete the personal set up. The school can also check the information you have entered there, which is useful for your future visa applications.

“Your Profile."

→Please check your name, date of birth, nationality, gender, contact information, and current address (if you live in Japan), and correct or enter as appropriate.

“Change your e-mail address/password”

→Your information at the time of invitation has been entered. You can change it if necessary.

“Passport and Other information”

→This field is for registering your passport information and resident card information. If you have a passport/ resident card or have get a new one, select "Yes" and enter the information.
